We have just finished quite a large magnetic board order -  320 -  A1 4 colour process magnetic boards supplied with magnets.  Now we’re looking for more similar orders.  

We can make magnetic signs for taxis. Ideal as they can be taken off when you don’t feel like being flagged down. These can be screen printed or digitally printed. They are usually made from 0.75mm magnetic material.

Due to the arrival of our new digital machine we are now really good at van/car magnets. We can produce them any size from 50mm x 50mm to A0 size. 4 colour process images that will last advertising your company on the side of vans and cars.

When it comes to buying recycled paper, you naturally look for it having as high a recycled content as possible. You can rightly assume that where it sates 100% recycled the finished product is made totally from waste paper. But what abou the ‘bits’ you’re left with? What happens to these?

This is not something we are experts in by any stretch of the imagination, but for those of you who are interested (and I assume this is not too many), you need a hi tack rubber based adhesive. We are happy to supply samples of this material and would be interested in any feedback.

The plasticiser used in our PVC film is DEHP (di-ethyl-hexyl- phthalate) commonly known as DOP (di-octyl-phthalate), in normal use DEHP has no harmful effects.
The European Committee has declared DEHP to be non carcinogenic & non irritant.

The sheet is lead free & cadmium free.

The majority of the opaque films contain organic pigments.
The sheet conforms to the European Toy norm EN71/33, European Packaging regulation 94/62EC & Environmental Protection 1998 no 1165 (UK)

Recycling – Our film can be recycled dependant on the type of sheeting and the amount of contamination.

We have a new item to add to our collection - chalkboard or blackboards. They are produced 3mm thick and we can screen print them. All we have to do now is find a good supplier of chalk.
