Magnets can be supplied rectangular or circular and can be die cut to any specific shape. Our standard refrigerator door magnet is 0.5mm, however, we can also manufacture a 1.8mm thick magnet plus our new ultra thin magnets which are 0.3mm - ideal for mail shots where weight is a consideration. For large in-pack promotions we can provide magnets flow-wrapped in food grade polypropylene.

Recycled Fridge Magnets/Environmentally Friendly Fridge Magnets
We can produce fridge magnets using recycled paper and a gloss laminate that is biodegradable.
Plastic
& Bespoke Magnets
We can manufacture magnets with a plastic back and a fully
magnetic back. We can use a variety of thicknesses on the front - 300
micron/500 micron or 650micron. The 650 micron plastic magnets have passed
the McDonalds stretch test and fulfil childsafe criteria.
Friendly fridge magnets and manufactured over 1,000,000 magnets for McDonalds
which had to pass mechanical stretch tests and fulfil childsafe criteria.
Educational
Fridge Magnets
Some of these magnetic words and pictures have been used
for educational purposes to encourage their children to use imagination
and develop language skills. Magnetic words have been used to support
the National Literacy Strategy. These magnetic words and pictures are
usually supplied as a kiss cut sheet (the same as children’s stickers).
They can be supplied as just sheet of words, sheets of pictures or as
a combination.
Photo Magnets
These photo magnets are sold in museum and gallery giftshops. They can be printed with any photograph you wish, and as well as being perfect for publicising artwork they could also be used for gifts with company photos or important occasions. We have sold over 50,000 magnets to Unicef who put 3 magnets onto a greetings card to make a lovely gift.

Solid Plastic/Recycled Fridge Magnets
We can supply plastic magnets made if required from fully recycled
plastic. These magnets are approx 3mm thick and supplied with magnetic material
on the back.
Standard size and shapes:
45mm round, 55mm round, 45mm x 33mm oval, 45mm x 45mm square, 80mm
x 50mm rectangle.
